A 37-year-old New Jersey policeman has been arrested and charged with official misconduct for allegedly unzipping his fly during several traffic stops, authorities said.
Jason Miller, who's been on the Newton Police Department force since 2001, is free on $35,000 bail after being charged with lewdness and two counts of official misconduct, according to chief Michael Richards and the Sussex County prosecutor's office.
